Our Philosophy Regarding Consulting Fees

Southwest Capital Solutions is one of the very few consulting firms which base its fee structure entirely on Success.  In order for SWCS to earn its fees we must first be successful with each of the steps in your loan process.  We believe that this is the fairest solution for both parties and continues to distinguish SWCS from the rest of the pack.  We deliver or we do not get paid!

 

 

 

Step 1:  Client Interview and Consultation (FREE)

a.  SWCS will conduct a detailed interview with you in order to gain insight into your business and understand your loan request.

b.  SWCS will answer any questions you may have about your loan process.  SWCS will explain how we can assist you to elevate your business to the next level.
c. SWCS will completely explain our fees and our process.  We want to make sure that you understand our process and our fees from the very beginning.  We have found that our Clients are always comfortable once they learn that our fees are below the industry norm and that we tie our fee payments to success.
d.  SWCS will develop an overview of your financial situation and loan request.  Our team will review the information that you provide and determine which of our many Lenders would be the most interested in funding your loan.  We will send you a preliminary  check list of items needed to create your loan package.
e.  Our Business Solutions Team will do a top line overview of your business, its web presence and your potential to increase revenue through the web.  We will give you basic suggestions on how to fix any weaknesses we find through our web analysis.
f.  Our Analysis Team will develop your preliminary Loan Package and Client Summary.  These documents will contain basic information which we present to the Lenders, Investors or Money Sources.  We do this in order to learn which of them expresses the most interest in funding your request.
g.  After completing the above steps, will evaluate all the information gathered and assess the likelihood of success.  If we rate the likelihood of success highly, we will proceed with you to step 2. 
*Please note we do not engage every loan applicant.  In 2009, we chose to pass on over $ 15,000,000 in loans requests.  We are not fee farmers and will not accept your project unless we believe that it should fit the current requirements set forth by lenders.

 

Step 2:  SWCS Presents Loan Summary and Finds Lenders Interested In Funding Your Project

(Client Pays Account Setup Fee Of $100)

a.  SWCS creates your account and sets up your account.
b.  Our Analysis Team completes a detailed Loan Summary.
c. SWCS presents your Loan Summary to the Lender or Lenders who have expressed the most interest in your project.
d.  SWCS will find the Lenders who are interested in looking at your full loan package. 
e.  As applicable, our Analysis Team will consider both SBA Lenders and Commercial Lenders to see which loan product works best for your project.
f.  Our Analysis Team will develop a complete Checklist of additional information needed as a result of the Lender’s comments.
g.  Our Business Solutions Team will perform a complete "Web Presence Analysis" on your business.  
h.  Our Business Solutions Team will perform a complete "Web Traffic Analysis" on your business.
i.  Our Business Solutions Team will perform a complete "Keyword Density" Analysis on your business.
j.  Our Business Solutions Team will give you recommendations on how to improve your website or "Web Presence"
k.  Our Business Solutions Team will give you recommendations on how to attract customers from the Web.
l.  Our Business Solutions Team will give you recommendations on how to better communicate with your customers.
m.  Our Business Solutions Team will give you recommendations on how to convert potential clients into buying customers using the newest technology.
This step in the process is worth well over the $ 100 we charge.  We believe we be required to earn your business, so we dedicated to over-delivering our services to you.
If we do not find a lender who asks to see a full package, we will explain to you what we have uncovered with our lenders.  You will get full feedback from us and will not be passed on to Step 3.

  

Step 3:  Lenders Show Interest In Funding

Request  Full Loan Package

(No Charge)

a.  SWCS conducts a conference call with the Client and updates them on the process and the Lender’s comments.
 b.  SWCS presents the Web Analysis results to the Client.
 c.  If the Lender wishes to see a "Business Plan" or "Feasibility Study", this will be discussed with the Client at this time.
 d.  Client is made aware of all challenges discovered from the Lender’s comments.  Client and SWCS develop stategies to  overcome any such challenges throughout the loan submission process.
 e. Client is provided with our Fee Agreement and reiterate the process in moving ahead.
 f.  All Client questions will be answered before proceeding to Step 4. 

 

 

Step 4:  Client Consents To Fee Agreement

Sends In First Payment For Packaging Fee

(1st Success Fee Is Due – Packaging Fee)

a.  Client has reviewed Fee Agreement, signed Fee agreement and paid 1st Success Fee.
b.  A checklist of items needed to complete the Loan Package is sent to client. 
c.  Once our Analysis Team has received all items from the checklist, the loan package is created and reviewed to ensure all information is presented professionally and in a format the Lender should find acceptable.
d.  Once the Loan Package is completed and reviewed, SWCS will submit the loan package to the Lender(s) for their review.
e.  From this point forward, the Client will receive weekly updates until loan is funded

f.   Client will receive Phase II of Web Analysis

     1.  How does their website compare to their competition?

     2.  How does Google see their website?  This is critical as Google controls most of the traffic on the World Wide Web.

     3.  How does their website rank?

     4.  Present keywords and search volume within their business competition.

     5.  Show complimentary products that the Client’s can sell for additional Revenue.

g.  SWCS works closely with the Lender(s) to get the Loan Proposal or or Letter Of Intent (LOI) addressed to the client.

 

Step 5:  Lender(s) Issues Letter Of Intent (LOI)

(2nd Success Payment Is Due – Packaging Fee)

a.  SWCS reviews Lender’s letter with Client and answers any questions about contingencies, if any, and coordinates a conference call with the Lender if requested. If the letter is deemed acceptable to Client, Client remits the 2nd progress payment. The SWCS’s Analysis Team completes Loan Package per Lender’s requirements from the LOI.
b.  Any additional required Lender(s) forms are delivered to the Client for completion and/or signature, and are returned to SWCS for review and submission to the Lender.
c.  SWCS continues to work closely with the Lender(s) to answer any questions they may have, address any loan contingencies, or obtain additional information.
d.  SWCS continues to give Client weekly updates on the loan process.

e.  Client receives Phase II Web Analysis.

     1.  Review of Phase I Analysis

     2.  Show Keywords within Client’s Market that are good business opportunities.

     3.  Go over "Business Must Haves" for their business.  These are business builders that the top money makers on the web use daily.  SWCS will show you the future of business.

     4.  SWCS will explain cutting edge methods on attracting new customers, monetizing your customer base and keeping customers loyal.

     5.  Show examples of "Feeder Sites"

 f.  SWCS works closely with Client to ensure Client expectations are being met.

 

 Step 6: Lender Issues Formal Commitment Letter

(3rd Success Fee Is Due – Packaging Fee)

 a.  SWCS reviews Lender’s letter with Client and answers any questions about contingencies, if any, and coordinates a conference call with the Lender if requested. If the letter is deemed acceptable to Client, Client remits the 3rd and final progress payment along with the signed acceptance of the Commitment Letter.

 b.  Client Receives Phase III Web Analysis

       1.  Importance On Building Your Expert Status

       2.  How To Build Your Online Expert Status

       3.  How To Do Something Once and Continue To Get Paid

       4.  How To Build Your Business On The Internet

       5.  Review All 3 Phases Of Client’s Web Analysis.

 c.  SWCS continues to consult with Client to make sure funding goes smoothly.
 d.  SWCS works closely with the Lender to insure funding goes smoothly.
*The key to this process going smoothly is the fact that the SWCS team has over 35 years of experience in getting loans closed and has managed over $ 2,000,000,000 in funded loans over their careers.

  

Step 7:  Client’s Loan Is Funded
a.  Client Receives Funds From Loan Closing
b.  SWCS receives final success fees from loan closing
c.  Client now has a solid web partner to move their business forward.
